Refund Vouchers
When stocks of a title are exhausted, our normal policy for customers who order by cheque or money order is to send a refund voucher for the value of the books we are unable to supply. This refund voucher may be returned to us, in which case a cheque will be sent by return mail for the face value, or used for future purchases, in which case it will be increased by 10% of the face value. If you do not wish to participate in this system, and you are using our printed order form, please note prominently on your order: "No refund voucher, refund cheque only please". Customers ordering by credit card will be charged only for the books we are able to supply and the appropriate handling and freight charge.
